This data can be utilized in understanding a compound’s hepatic disposition, integrated in modeling software to help predict the pharmacokinetic profile of the compound, and optimize the development strategy.

All our in vitro hepatic models use Transporter Certified™ hepatocytes in sandwich culture. This ensures that our models combine physiologically-relevant uptake and efflux transporters with hepatic metabolism and regulation. We have demonstrated that our in vitro models are superior at predicting in vivo clinical outcomes compared to conventional in vitro models and in vivo models.
